Unenroll students from a bundle

Learn how to remove students from bundles and bundled content in your Teachable school.

Overview

Bundles allow you to group multiple products—such as courses, coaching, or downloads—into a single offering. You may also encounter bundled content, a legacy version of this feature that groups courses under one container.

This guide explains how to unenroll students from both Bundles and Bundled Content.


How to unenroll a student from a bundle

A bundle is a standalone product that includes multiple Teachable products sold as one.

When you unenroll a student from a bundle, they are automatically removed from all products included in that bundle.

To unenroll a student from a bundle:

  1. From your school admin, go to the Bundle product.

  2. Click the Students tab.

  3. Find the student you’d like to remove and click Unenroll next to their name.

  4. In the confirmation modal, click Unenroll user to confirm.

How to unenroll a student from bundled content (legacy)

Bundled content is a legacy setup that groups multiple courses into a single product using one course as the container.

When you unenroll a student from bundled content, they are removed from all courses included in the bundle.

To unenroll a student:

  1. Go to the Users tab in your school admin.

  2. Select the student you want to remove.

  3. Click the Enrollments tab in their profile.

  4. In the Enrollments section, click the More actions (⋮) icon next to the bundled course.

  5. Click Unenroll.

  6. Confirm by clicking OK in the pop-up window.

If you need to unenroll multiple students at once, you can use user bulk actions.
