If you experience further login issues after resetting your password, follow the instructions in Troubleshoot Login Issues.
⚡ Not receiving the reset email? Try this first: If OTP or reset emails aren't arriving, you may be able to skip the email entirely. Use the direct password login URL below (replace YOUR-SCHOOL-ID with your school ID — found in your school's admin URL or under Settings):
This takes you straight to an email + password login — no OTP code required. You'll need a password already set on the account. If you've never set one, continue with the password reset steps below first.
Reset Your Password From Your School Homepage
To reset your password via your school homepage, navigate to your school's URL (e.g. yourdomain.teachable.com or yourcustomdomain.com) and click Login in the upper right-hand corner:
In the login window that appears, click the Forgot Password link above the Login button. Then, enter the email address associated with your account and click Next.
You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password in a few minutes. If you can't find the password reset email, check your inbox's spam or junk folder. Also, be sure to add teachable.com to your email's "safe sender" list to avoid further issues with email delivery. Once you receive the email, click Change my Password.
Then, you'll be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your new password and finalize by clicking the Reset Password button.
Once you've successfully reset your password, you'll be redirected to your school's admin dashboard.
NOTE: If you receive a "Reset password token is invalid" error message, request a new reset password email. The reset token in the email is only valid for 24 hours.

Can't receive emails at all? Use the direct password login URL
If you've completed a password reset but are still struggling to get emails through — or if you want to avoid OTP codes entirely going forward — you can log in directly using a password-only URL:
https://sso.teachable.com/secure/YOUR-SCHOOL-ID/identity/login/password?force=true
Replace YOUR-SCHOOL-ID with your actual school ID (visible in your admin dashboard URL or under Settings > General). This URL skips the OTP step and takes you straight to the email + password screen. You can bookmark it or share it with students as their default login link.
Note: This only works on the web (browser). The Teachable mobile app uses OTP by default; the password fallback is available in the app via the "Log in with password instead" option on the login screen.
