This article goes over the tools available in the Help section of your school admin. You can find a more comprehensive overview of how to get help with Teachable here.
In the Help area of your school admin, you can access the Knowledge Base to search Teachable’s support guides, contact Customer Support and access your support tickets.
In the Help area, you can access the following tools:
- Search Our Knowledge Base - Click on Find Answers to search our Knowledge Base guides.
- Create a Support Ticket - Click on Create a Ticket to contact Customer Support via the help form.
- Live Chat with Someone on Our Team (Professional plan and up) - Click on Chat Now to initiate a live chat with a member of Teachable’s Customer Support team.
If you’ve already submitted a ticket to Customer Support and you have a Teachable Account, then you can access your tickets by clicking on the My Tickets button:
If you have any issues using the Help area in your Teachable school, you can also email Customer Support directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
