Reach Summit

Teachable's Reach Summit is an online event for entrepreneurs who own their businesses and are looking for a clear, actionable way to increase their business impact. Over the course of three days, we'll be holding three individual online conferences that are focused on different types of creators. To help answer any potential questions you may have about Reach Summit, we've prepared some FAQs below.

When is Reach Summit?

Unlike past Teachable summits, Reach Summit is not a single conference run over a period of time. Rather, we'll be hosting three one-day online events from March 24 - 26. Each event will be geared towards a type of creator, and will have its own schedule and presentations.

What are the events and when do they take place?

There are three different events happening during Reach Summit. Click on the links below to register for the event that most resonates with your business—or feel free to register for them all! In each link, you'll also find a detailed schedule for each event, and a rundown of what you can expect to learn:

I'm having trouble registering

When registering, please ensure that you've entered a properly formatted email address (e.g.EmailAddress@Email.com). Also, check that there are no errant spaces or characters before or after the email address—these can cause errors with registration.

How do I join the event/What are the event schedules?

You can join the event you signed up for via its schedule page. When you registered for the event, you should've received an email confirmation in your inbox with the schedule of the event attached.

Each workshop/keynotes ranges from 90 to 120 minutes long, while panels are 60 minutes long. We recommend allowing extra time surrounding the events, in the event that a presentation goes beyond the set time. 

I didn't get a confirmation email upon registering

Check your spam and promotions folders for an email titled 'You’re registered for Reach Summit'. These emails can travel to other inboxes due to past emails we've sent that have been left unopened, but it can also happen if you've ever opted out of Teachable's marketing emails.

Will the presentations have closed captioning?

We're only able to offer captioned replays once Reach Summit has ended. In the meantime, if you're interested in receiving access to captioned replays, reach out to our customer care team and they'll send them your way once they're available.

Will replays be available?

While we'd love for you to join us live, we know that may not be possible for everyone—that's why we'll be providing replays of each presentation on their respective event's schedule page. Please note that the replays are available 24 hours after the initial presentation, and are accessible until March 31st at 11:59PM EST.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

You can update your email preferences at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us. There, you can uncheck the "Workshops and Events" option within that list if you'd like to unsubscribe from all future summit event emails.

I already have a school plan and want to upgrade. When will I be charged?

If you’re upgrading from the Basic plan to the monthly Professional plan, you’ll be charged for the new plan at a prorated price. Your prorated price will be the amount of the new plan minus any leftover credit you have from the plan you already paid for. If you're upgrading from an annual plan to a monthly plan, you may be charged $0 for that month, and have credit for the following months.

I've upgraded my plan. How can I access my bonuses?
