This article reviews how to unenroll students from various bundles (Bundles and Bundled Content) in your Teachable school.
Unenroll from a Bundle
A bundle is a standalone product that lets you group any type of Teachable products—courses, coaching, downloads, etc.—into one package at a single price.
When you unenroll a student from a bundle, they are removed from all products included in that bundle.
To unenroll a student from a bundle:
-
In your school admin, go to the Bundle product.
-
Click into the Students tab.
-
Locate the student you'd like to remove and click Unenroll next to their name.
-
In the confirmation modal, click Unenroll user to confirm.
Unenroll from Bundled Content
Bundled content is a legacy product that allows you to group multiple courses together and sell them as a single offering. It uses a course as the container for the bundle. When you unenroll a student from bundled content, they are removed from all courses included in that content package.
To unenroll a student from a bundled course:
-
-
In your school admin, go to the Users tab.
-
Select the user you'd like to unenroll.
-
On the user’s profile, click the Enrollments tab.
-
In the Enrollments section, click the More Actions icon next to the course you'd like to unenroll the student from.
-
Click Unenroll.
-
In the pop-up window, click OK to confirm.
-
If you need to manually unenroll multiple students from a course at once, you can use user bulk actions. Learn more about using user bulk actions for manual unenrollment.
