Unenroll from a Bundle

Unenroll from Bundled Content

Bundled content is a legacy product that allows you to group multiple courses together and sell them as a single offering. It uses a course as the container for the bundle. When you unenroll a student from bundled content, they are removed from all courses included in that content package.

To unenroll a student from a bundled course:

    1. In your school admin, go to the Users tab.

    2. Select the user you'd like to unenroll.

    3. On the user’s profile, click the Enrollments tab.

    4. In the Enrollments section, click the More Actions icon next to the course you'd like to unenroll the student from.

    5. Click Unenroll.

    6. In the pop-up window, click OK to confirm.

The image shows a students profile's page (selected from the USERS tab of the school). From the left-side navigation menu, the ENROLLMENTS tab is circled. In the ENROLLMENTS section of the main page, the MORE ACTIONS icon is circled (the three dots), and then there is a dropdown menu where the UNENROLL button is circled.

If you need to manually unenroll multiple students from a course at once, you can use user bulk actions. Learn more about using user bulk actions for manual unenrollment.
