Request a Refund on Your School

Teachable's Refund Policy

We want every user to be satisfied with their experience using our platform, which is why we offer a 30-day refund policy for school plan purchases. Teachable's instructor refund policy is outlined in more detail in Teachable's Terms of Use.

Eligibility

Refunds are available within 30 days of signing up for a new paid plan or upgrading to a higher-tier plan. This applies to both monthly and annual Teachable subscriptions.

Refund requests must be made in writing within the 30-day window. Teachable reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple schools or consecutive months.

Before You Request a Refund

Before you request a refund, please cancel your school plan from your Settings > Billing page.

Contact our support team

Contact our support team to submit your refund request. Please include:

  • Your school URL

  • The date you were billed

  • The date you cancelled (or plan to cancel)
