Reach out to your school owner for help with refunds, course access, and product questions.

Every school on Teachable is independently run by its school owner or creator.

For questions about course content, refunds, enrollment, or product access, you’ll need to contact the school owner directly.

Common reasons to contact a school owner

  • Request a refund

  • Ask about course or product content

  • Request enrollment or unenrollment in a product

  • Resolve issues with course access or availability

How to contact your school owner

Contact form

The easiest way to reach a school owner is through the contact form in your school account.

  1. Log in to your school.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Contact from the dropdown menu.

  4. Fill in the Subject and Message fields with details about your question.

  5. Click Send.

Your message will be emailed directly to the school owner. If they reply, you’ll receive their response at your email address.

Email

If you are unable to log in to your school account, or if you are experiencing any issues with the contact form, you can contact the school owner directly via email.

  1. Open your confirmation email ("Confirm your account") or receipt email ("You are now enrolled in PRODUCT NAME").

  2. Find the “Reply-to” email address (this is the school owner’s email).

  3. Send your message directly to that email address.

Troubleshooting & additional resources

I’m having issues logging into the school.

I want to cancel my subscription or make billing updates to my account.

I’m having trouble purchasing a product.

I need to update my profile info.

I’m having trouble navigating my course or tracking my progress.

My issue isn’t listed here, or I can’t contact the school owner.
