TIP: Do your products appear to be missing? Check your visibility or enrollment settings!
You control who sees a product and whether it's available for purchase by updating its Published and Visibility statuses.
Published – The product is visible and purchasable in the catalog.
Unlisted – The product is hidden from the catalog but accessible with a direct link.
Unpublished – The product is hidden and not purchasable. However, enrolled students can still access it.

The way each product card appears depends on the student’s enrollment status, pricing configuration, and any membership tiers you’ve set up.
Note: We recommend previewing your product catalog using an incognito window or logged-out view to experience it as a new visitor would.

How bundles and memberships affect product cards
If a student (or admin) is enrolled in a bundle or membership, each individual product inside that package will display as a separate product card in the catalog.
Note: There is no visual grouping on the catalog page—each course or product in the bundle/membership appears independently.

CTA buttons reflect a user's relationship with the product. For example:
"View content" appears if the user is enrolled.
"Revisit content" shows if they’ve completed the course.

"Learn more" shows when no pricing plan has been set.
